Not happy with service from eRelevance

I have tried to work out a agreement with eRelevance for a marketing contract. When I spoke with them I told them that I couldn't read the contract from my phone. I told them I would need time to read it once I could get on my computer but, the salesman said don't worry about it. I was also told it was a 4 month contract but they also charge a $299 fee up front. Their salespeople make a lot of promises. After talking with them a number of times and getting no where I decided to ask for my money back. I was told they couldn't refund me and that I was stuck in the contract with them. Why would a company not want a happy client? So far I have received no legitimate leads for new clients.

Worst experience we ever had!!

We signed up and let them know we wanted to give them a 3 month trial. We saw zero results and told them so after each marketing attempt - we let them know we had no responses from their outreachs - social media (texts, instagram, facebook) and their email blasts. Each time they had an excuse why it would be better then next time which it wasn't. By the third month we knew we would have to end because we were throwing away our money. Then our office manager needed to take a two week leave due to a death in her family and missed a cut off date by just a few days to meet the 30 day cut off for the renewal clause in the contract. Now they are telling us we are locked into a one year contract with them which is absurd!! One year, with a company that doesn't deliver results? They are rude and do not take responsibility for anything. Everything is your fault and never theirs. RUN as fast as you can from them because they will promise you the world and not deliver. Then once you work with them you can't find the sales person or VP you originally work with. They will give you fake customers to speak with before you sign up too .....I am certain that is what they did with us. Plus they over charged us an additional $200 per month instead of the agreed upon $799 per month we agreed to. We were charged $999 a month and now we are trying to get back the money we are do. This whole experience is a nightmare.

At eRelevance, we work very hard to provide a world-class marketing service to our customers guided by a few core tenets – transparency and trustworthiness. When we sign up a customer, we go out of our way to review, multiple times, the terms and conditions of our agreement – to ensure that our customers understand what they are signing.

When we sign an agreement, we obligate ourselves to provide service even though there are times when we are given bad patient databases, providers that have horrible relationships with their patients, and their staff that doesn’t follow-up on the responses being generated. The truth is, we have never quit on a customer and expect them to honor their agreement, just as they expect the same from their customers.
